Deposits. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking. The balance is due 28 days before arrival.

Cancellations. Cancellations made more than 28 days before arrival forfeit the deposit only. Within 28 days, the full booking fee is payable.

Check-in / check-out. Arrivals from 2pm; departures by 11am.

Dogs. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at no charge on pitches; kept on a lead at all times. £10 per stay in the Jessie Pod.

Quiet hours. 10pm – 8am. No loud music at any time.

Campfires. Firepits are available to hire (£3). No ground fires.

Damage. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Adults only. Gosswood Park is an adults-only site.
